WHAT LEARNERS CAN EXPECT

Tutor Standards

Every Tutors Assemble tutor agrees to these standards before teaching.

1. On time and prepared. Start on time, with a plan for the lesson. Give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
2. Professional setting. A quiet space, a stable connection and the camera on.
3. Respect and privacy. Treat learners with respect. No recording or sharing of a lesson without the learner's permission.
4. Bookings through Tutors Assemble. Lessons with learners you meet through Tutors Assemble are arranged and paid through Tutors Assemble.
5. Honest profile. Your profile and qualifications are accurate, and you tell us about changes.

Tutors Assemble checks each tutor's identity in a video interview before their profile goes live.

Lessons for children and teens will follow later, with extra safeguarding rules.
