How we use your message

Enquiries go to Thom Peace at [email protected] to discuss suitable learning options. Your email provider handles the draft and message under its own terms. We discuss introductions to teachers or other services with you before making them.

Learning from requests

We may summarize subject interests, budget ranges and preferred formats without identifying individuals to improve this platform and related learning services. Personal correspondence is kept separate from those summaries.

Share only what is needed

Please avoid sensitive personal information such as exact addresses, health details or ID numbers in your enquiry.

Tutor applications

If you apply to teach, your answers go into a Google Form and Google Sheet owned by Thom Peace ([email protected]). We use them only to review your application and, if you are invited, to arrange the interview and set up your profile. We do not collect ID documents through the form; we check ID during the video interview and do not keep a copy unless you agree. Profiles are published only after you approve the text. Applications that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months.
